Matt is another local Gold Coaster who has traveled and worked overseas and is now enjoying being back home. He has considerable experience in commodity markets in Australia and Asia, his skills are primarily focused on providing our customers with the most important tool they need to make intelligent investment decisions, that is “information” about spot prices, stock availability, Metal Account Statements and everything to do with the Australia Imperial Bullion systems and processes.
Matt’s current focus is upgrading all Australia Imperial Bullion’s information systems which will provide more functionality in buying, selling, trading and storing gold and silver.
You would undoubtedly have communicated in some way with our Senior Sales Executive, Sarah Hogwood. She has been with Australia Imperial Bullion for over 16 years and is not only the main contact for purchases and sales inquiries but she is the backbone of the company.
Before joining Australia Imperial Bullion Sarah spent over 20 years in various areas of fine jewellery industry including retail, wholesale and design.
In her spare time Sarah loves gardening, cooking and listening to music and spending time with her family including her “fur babies”.
Bernadette has been a part of the Australia Imperial Bullion team for over a Decade now and is familiar with the company and the precious metals industry. Bernie is responsible for customer service and office administration as well as ensuring the business runs smoothly.
Bernie’s Mum was part of the original Australia Imperial Bullion team, so she is a real long-term family member. She has a large family to keep her very busy in her “spare time”.
Rebecca is our Sales Executive in the Gold coast Office, she is your first point of contact when arriving at the Australia Imperial Bullion office.
Bec has more than 25 years Customer service experience, she is extremely professional and has a warm and friendly nature.
Bec was born in Melbourne, but has lived on the Gold Coast for decades.
Katie joins the Australia Imperial Bullion team as a Risk and Compliance Specialist with extensive experience across the Financial Services Industry. Katie brings invaluable expertise across Superannuation, Insurance, Equities Markets, Financial Advice and worked with the Ombudsman Service in the UK.
Katie assumes the crucial role of ensuring adherence to the highest standards and legal obligations in all our endeavours.
Katie is a devoted Newcastle Knights supporter and yoga instructor in her spare time promoting balance and mindfulness.
